This role focuses on ensuring the seamless performance and reliability of mission-critical enterprise applications. You will serve as a key technical point of contact, managing incident resolution and system maintenance to support the firm's fast-paced operational environment.

What you will do.

  • Monitor production systems and application health using industry-standard observability tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 support tickets within defined service level agreements.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patch deployments, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex bugs and track them to resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for incident logs, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve system stability.

What you bring.

  • 7–10 years of experience in application support or production operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix command-line environments and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically incident and problem management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
