About the role.
This role focuses on ensuring the seamless performance and reliability of mission-critical enterprise applications. You will serve as a key technical point of contact, managing incident resolution and system maintenance to support the firm's fast-paced operational environment.
What you will do.
- Monitor production systems and application health using industry-standard observability tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 support tickets within defined service level agreements.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch deployments, and configuration updates.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex bugs and track them to resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for incident logs, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve system stability.
What you bring.
- 7–10 years of experience in application support or production operations.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix command-line environments and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically incident and problem management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
