About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on application development and automation. You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining scalable software solutions while driving operational efficiency through advanced automation frameworks. This position is based in Pune and requires a professional dedicated to system reliability and technical excellence.
What you will do.
- Design and implement high-quality code for complex web and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks to streamline testing and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement technical improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project records for all development initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of software features.
What you bring.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
