About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support complex financial and accounting processes. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable web applications using the MERN stack
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems
- Ensure the security and data protection of all web applications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
What you bring.
- 7–12 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of database schema design and performance tuning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
