About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance functional leader to oversee end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the design and deployment of core financial modules while ensuring operational excellence and process standardization. This role requires a strategic mindset to lead complex projects and provide expert guidance on financial controls and system architecture.
What you will do.
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and process harmonization across the organization.
- Design and optimize end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
- Configure invoice processing, payment cycles, collections, receipts, and asset lifecycle management.
- Review complex business requirements and develop comprehensive functional design documents.
- Lead testing, user training, cutover, and deployment activities for large-scale implementations.
- Coordinate effectively with GL, Tax, Procurement, and Reporting teams to ensure system integrity.
- Manage key client stakeholders and oversee program governance to ensure project success.
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion Finance functional roles.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Strong understanding of Cost Ledger and Asset Accounting processes.
- Proven experience in data migration, financial reporting, and complex reconciliations.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Oracle Fusion AP/AR/FA certifications are highly preferred.
