About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance General Ledger SME to lead finance transformation and cloud implementation initiatives. You will be responsible for solution design, business process transformation, configuration, testing, and deployment across the Record-to-Report workstream.
What you will do.
- Lead Oracle Fusion General Ledger solution design and implementation projects.
- Drive Chart of Accounts design, restructuring, and rationalization efforts.
- Configure and support GL, Consolidation, Intercompany Accounting, and Period Close processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional design documentation.
- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and integration teams.
- Manage finance transformation initiatives and process optimization programs.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage key client stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud with a focus on General Ledger.
- Strong understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience in Financial Close, Intercompany, Journals, Allocations, and Reporting.
- Exposure to Fusion Tax, Fixed Assets, AP, and AR integrations.
- Knowledge of data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Oracle Fusion General Ledger Certification is highly preferred.
- CA, CMA, or MBA Finance qualification.
