About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join a dynamic team focused on cloud-native application development and modernization. You will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust microservices on the Azure platform. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex migration projects and enterprise-level integrations in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated code deployment.
- Integrate applications with core Azure services including Key Vault, Service Bus, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Lead and participate in cloud migration projects to transition legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to build high-performance technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the application development lifecycle.
What you bring.
- 6–11 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework for building microservices.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies including Docker, Helm, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
