About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Developer to join a dynamic data team focused on transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will leverage advanced visualization and reporting techniques to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear, concise, and timely data-driven updates.
- Optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance and accuracy in reporting.
What you bring.
- 4–9 years of professional experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Expert-level experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing for cloud-scale analytics.
- Strong background in data visualization, dashboarding, and comprehensive reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
