About the role.
We are seeking a strategic Process Transformation Lead to join our team in Noida. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data-driven insights and advanced Management Information to identify process optimization opportunities, drive capacity creation, and spearhead operational excellence across our banking business units.
What you will do.
- Develop and implement data-led strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize performance, mitigate operational risks, and ensure robust governance.
- Define departmental strategy and manage budgets to support organizational objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for change.
- Utilize sophisticated analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring.
- Proven experience in process reengineering, analysis, and problem-solving within a matrix organization.
- Expertise in process mapping and modeling tools such as Blueworks or Visio.
- Strong working knowledge of process automation technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives.
- Experience leading project teams and navigating dual-reporting structures.
- A proactive, 'can-do' mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
