About the role.

This role focuses on leading advanced cybersecurity initiatives centered on quantum-resistant technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cryptographic strategies to protect sensitive data against emerging quantum threats. The position involves working at the intersection of classical and post-quantum cryptography to ensure robust security architectures for global clients.

What you will do.

  • Lead the design and implementation of post-quantum cryptographic solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Conduct comprehensive cryptographic security assessments and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain secure key management systems including HSMs and PKI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NIST-standardized algorithms into existing security frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance on quantum cryptography and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal cybersecurity best practices.
  • Stay at the forefront of cryptographic research to advise on long-term security roadmaps.

What you bring.

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity with a focus on applied cryptography.
  • Deep expertise in classical cryptography, NIST-standardized algorithms, and post-quantum cryptography (PQC).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, Go, Python, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and PKI.
  • Strong understanding of threat modeling and conducting cryptographic security assessments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex cryptographic concepts into actionable security architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders.
