About the role.
The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital products within the financial services domain. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that products deliver significant value to stakeholders and clients. This role involves cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key financial service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to iterate and enhance product functionality.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the finance, accounting, or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools and project management software.
