About the role.
We are seeking an Associate level Saviynt IAM Specialist to support the implementation and administration of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, application onboarding, connector development, and legacy IAM platform migration. You will play a critical role in ensuring secure identity lifecycle management and access governance across our enterprise ecosystem.
What you will do.
- Lead the migration of legacy regional identity and authentication systems to the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Manage end-to-end application onboarding initiatives, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement automated feed file processing workflows for identity data from upstream source systems.
- Configure and manage access certification campaigns, SoD policies, and role management within Saviynt.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to define data formats, delivery SLAs, and access requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-migration reconciliation to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Maintain audit-ready evidence for IAM controls and support remediation activities for policy violations.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and end users.
What you bring.
- 4–8 years of total IT experience with 3–5 years of hands-on experience on the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Proven experience in planning and executing IAM platform migrations from legacy systems.
- Strong foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SCIM protocols.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts for connector configurations.
- Experience with basic scripting and Java for Saviynt customizations.
- Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms such as Azure AD or AWS.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global setting.
