About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IAM Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on the implementation and administration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms. This role involves hands-on configuration, application onboarding, and leading the migration of legacy systems to modern IGA solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring robust access governance, compliance, and seamless identity lifecycle management across the enterprise.
What you will do.
- Lead the migration of legacy regional identity and authentication systems to the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Manage end-to-end application onboarding initiatives, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and execute automated feed file ingestion processes, including parsing, validation, and transformation.
- Configure and manage access certification campaigns, SoD policies, and role-based access controls.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define IAM requirements and data quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
- Maintain audit-ready evidence for IAM controls and ensure solutions meet regulatory and security policies.
- Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to team members and end users.
What you bring.
- 4–8 years of total IT experience with 3–5 years of hands-on experience on the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Proven experience in planning and executing IAM platform migrations from legacy systems.
- Strong foundation in Identity and Access Management concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SCIM protocols.
- Experience with basic scripting, Java for customizations, and SQL for database/connector configurations.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms such as Azure AD or AWS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Saviynt certification or relevant IAM/Cloud platform certifications are highly preferred.
