About the role.

The Compliance Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the firm adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to business units to mitigate potential regulatory exposure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust control environment in a fast-paced banking setting.

What you will do.

  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in risk management methodologies and reporting tools
