About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead GCP AI initiatives, focusing on architecting and scaling high-impact, production-ready AI applications. You will spearhead the development of backend systems, GenAI solutions, and complex RAG pipelines, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment across the cloud advisory practice.
What you will do.
- Design and architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI and Django.
- Develop and deploy end-to-end GenAI solutions, including AI agents, LLM integrations, and RAG pipelines.
- Architect comprehensive GCP solutions encompassing data ingestion, processing, and deployment via Vertex AI and Cloud Run.
- Implement robust engineering standards, including CI/CD, performance monitoring, and cloud cost optimization.
- Manage project workflows via Jira and maintain high code quality standards through GitHub.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering talent within the team.
What you bring.
- 12-20 years of professional experience in software engineering and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
- Proven track record in building GenAI applications using LangChain, Google ADK, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Vertex AI Matching Engine, Pinecone, or FAISS.
- Strong proficiency in Python, microservices architecture, and production-grade code management.
- B.Tech or MBA degree is required.
