About the role.

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations professional to lead a high-volume case management function. In this strategic role, you will oversee complex disciplinary, grievance, and workplace investigations while providing expert advisory services to stakeholders. You will ensure that all employee relations matters are handled with precision, confidentiality, and strict adherence to global labor standards.

What you will do.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely resolution and full compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead end-to-end workplace investigations, including sensitive matters such as POSH cases.
  • Provide expert ER advisory support to leadership to ensure alignment with global labor standards.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for all disciplinary and grievance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to improve case management processes and outcomes.
  • Navigate high-pressure environments while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional integrity.

What you bring.

  • 8–13 years of professional experience in Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience in UK-based Employee Relations or an equivalent global region is mandatory.
  • Deep expertise in managing the full lifecycle of ER cases from intake to resolution.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Case Management modules is a plus.
  • Advanced certifications in Human Resources or Employment Law are highly desirable.
