About the role.
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a key transformation initiative focused on the sales domain. In this role, you will contribute to building a sophisticated knowledge layer that powers conversational intelligence and agentic capabilities. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager to develop and scale innovative solutions that enhance sales, marketing, and customer service interactions.
What you will do.
- Develop and shape a knowledge graph to capture key business signals such as competitive insights, promotional offers, and customer objections
- Enhance sales, marketing, and customer service interactions through intelligent data application
- Support the Senior Product Manager in translating overarching product strategy into actionable plans and roadmaps
- Research and integrate industry best practices and emerging trends in conversational intelligence into product development
- Help expand and scale conversational capabilities across various customer touchpoints, including email, chat, and other channels
- Work with structured enterprise data to ensure a robust and scalable product foundation
What you bring.
- 5-10 years of experience in data, AI, and enterprise product management
- Experience within the sales domain or with CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Solid understanding of data and AI products and their application
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with structured enterprise data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities combined with a strong focus on execution
