About the role.
This is a high-impact architectural role focused on transforming complex supply chain challenges into digital realities. You will lead strategic assessments, design end-to-end solutions, and build sophisticated Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value to stakeholders. This position is ideal for a hands-on expert who thrives on solving intricate business problems through advanced product configuration.
What you will do.
- Conceptualize and architect end-to-end SCM solutions for global fulfillment, multi-tier sourcing, and automated warehouse operations.
- Configure and maintain the SCM sandbox environment to showcase live POCs for new business opportunities.
- Lead short-term strategic engagements including digital roadmaps, blueprinting, and inventory optimization assessments.
- Present architectural solutions and business value propositions to executive stakeholders including COOs and Supply Chain Directors.
- Configure and demonstrate advanced features such as AI-driven lead time predictions and automated replenishment.
- Architect functional integration points between SCM, Finance, and Manufacturing modules.
- Translate complex supply chain requirements into clear, actionable business value for clients.
What you bring.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS/Cloud) with at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Deep expertise in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Product Configurator.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Inventory (INV) and Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Ability to navigate functional setup managers and configure complex rules independently.
- Strong consulting agility with experience leading discovery and migration assessment sprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
