About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust supply chain solutions, ensuring seamless integration across complex business processes. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation projects that drive operational efficiency for global organizations.
What you will do.
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM cloud modules.
- Configure and optimize Source to Pay and Quote to Cash cycles to meet business requirements.
- Manage complex processes including Customer Return and RMA workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on Procurement, Sourcing, and Self Service Procurement modules.
- Oversee Inventory and Costing configurations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Facilitate system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for global stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain cloud modules.
- Proven track record of completing 2-3 full implementation cycles.
- Deep functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Procurement, Sourcing, PIM, Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Pricing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in hyderabad / Bangalore.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse project stakeholders.
