About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust supply chain solutions that drive operational efficiency. This position requires deep functional expertise in cloud-based supply chain modules to support complex business processes.
What you will do.
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules across the enterprise.
- Manage end-to-end configurations for Source to Pay and Quote to Cash cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee complex processes including procurement, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Provide expert guidance on Order Management, Pricing, and Costing configurations.
- Facilitate the resolution of functional issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Ensure seamless integration between supply chain modules and other financial systems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain management.
- Proven track record of leading 1-2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, Self Service Procurement, and PIM.
- Strong understanding of Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Pricing modules.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
