About the role.
As a Lead Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms. You will leverage software engineering techniques and automation to ensure high availability of systems while leading a team to drive operational excellence. This role is critical in supporting business-critical network services within a fast-paced, 24/7 global environment.
What you will do.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance to identify, address, and resolve potential issues or outages.
- Implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure secure configuration of infrastructure to protect against cyber-threats and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects and engineers to define infrastructure requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, support, and resource coordination.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and evaluative judgment.
What you bring.
- 4+ years of experience in network operations or support within large enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise in F5 LTM, F5 GTM, Infoblox DDI, and Blue Coat Proxy.
- Proficiency in routing and switching protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Firewalls, and Fortigate.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and monitoring tools like ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the BFSI domain is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 global support model.
