About the role.
The Lead Operations Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining critical infrastructure platforms that support complex data systems and applications. You will ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of these systems through advanced software engineering techniques, automation, and proactive incident management. This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions while collaborating across functions to align with business objectives.
What you will do.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve vulnerabilities or outages.
- Implement automated tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure secure configuration and protection of hardware, software, and data against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, supporting professional development, and coordinating resources.
- Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in alignment with organizational policies and regulations.
- Make evaluative judgments based on data analysis to resolve complex technical problems.
What you bring.
- 4+ years of experience in network operations or support within large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (Cisco ACI, NX-OS, VLANs).
- Proficiency with F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox DDI, and proxy technologies like Zscaler or Bluecoat.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, specifically Fortigate.
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools such as Spectrum, NetBrain, Observe, and Ansible.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Proven ability to operate in a 24/7 global support model with strong ownership and accountability.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
