About the role.
The Recruitment Manager will lead delivery efforts for permanent hiring and contract-to-hire mandates. This role is designed for experienced search firm professionals who can manage complex client relationships and drive successful recruitment outcomes. You will operate in a fully remote environment, overseeing end-to-end delivery processes.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for permanent and contract-to-hire mandates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure
- Manage and mentor recruitment teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans for mid-to-senior level positions
- Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring timelines and quality standards
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize delivery performance
What you bring.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, executive search, or staffing firms
- Proven track record of successful closures for mid-to-senior level mandates
- Strong expertise in permanent hiring delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, high-growth environment
- Experience in managing teams and complex client mandates
- Exposure to contract-to-hire staffing is considered an advantage
