About the role.
This role is a senior leadership position focused on the strategic implementation and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. You will lead critical migration projects and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure the security and integrity of identity access across the enterprise. The position requires a balance of technical architecture, policy development, and stakeholder management within a high-stakes financial environment.
What you will do.
- Lead the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator while ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for MFA technologies and provide technical guidance for complex integrations.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust, compliant MFA solutions that align with organizational security frameworks.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive MFA policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new authentication systems.
- Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and report on system effectiveness.
- Conduct regular risk assessments related to identity and access management to identify vulnerabilities and propose remediation strategies.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10–18 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management with a specific focus on MFA solutions.
- Proven track record of working within financial institutions, with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and security requirements.
- Hands-on technical expertise with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
- Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a senior leadership role.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
