About the role.
This role is for a seasoned AI expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI applications. You will be responsible for shaping solution architecture, mentoring high-performing teams, and building autonomous systems that solve complex business challenges. This is a hybrid position focused on delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and build enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI applications.
- Develop and deploy AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise knowledge management.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models and LLMs.
- Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML workloads.
- Lead AI solution architecture discussions and mentor team members.
What you bring.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 5 years of dedicated AI/ML development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala.
- Strong experience with Cloud Platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Expertise in MLOps, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
