About the role.
This role involves designing and executing advanced testing strategies for Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. The position requires a strategic mindset to influence decision-making and drive operational effectiveness across the business.
What you will do.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience for Gen AI applications.
- Lead the development of automated test scripts and frameworks to facilitate early defect detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and support developers in resolution.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Establish quality gates and governance frameworks specifically for Gen AI and LLM-based systems.
- Influence stakeholders and contribute to policy development to mitigate risk and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Engage in complex data analysis to solve problems and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
What you bring.
- 8–16 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Large Language Models (LLM), LangChain, and LangGraph frameworks.
- Advanced Python programming skills with experience architecting scalable test automation solutions.
- Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Expertise in UI, mobile, and API testing methodologies alongside BDD frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI testing practices.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
