About the role.
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and drive team efficiency within our technology division. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while ensuring adherence to agile methodologies. This position is ideal for a professional looking to influence project delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
What you will do.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Coach team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear requirements.
- Track and communicate team velocity and progress through relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Promote self-organization and accountability within the development team.
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and radiate information.
What you bring.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in a Scrum Master or similar agile leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to facilitate effective meetings and resolve team conflicts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant agile certification such as CSM or PSM is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
