About the role.
The AI Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will lead the technical strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring that scalable, secure, and high-performing models are integrated into the firm's service offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and business value.
What you will do.
- Design and architect end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead the development of scalable AI frameworks and infrastructure to support enterprise-wide applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration in financial and advisory processes.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for model governance, data security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance on complex AI projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in generative AI, machine learning, and data science to maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring.
- 12–16 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions in a corporate environment.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, and generative AI models.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-based AI services and MLOps practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
