About the role.
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on building scalable, intelligent solutions. You will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced machine learning models and agentic AI systems that solve complex business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects within a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
- Develop and maintain high-performance microservices using FastAPI.
- Architect and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and integrate with vector databases.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic AI into existing financial workflows.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of production-grade AI systems.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Go or Rust.
- Proven expertise in building microservices and deploying on Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and implementation.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
