About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java AWS Developer to join a dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications leveraging Java and a suite of Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring high performance and responsiveness while leading technical initiatives.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications using Java
- Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions on AWS cloud platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
What you bring.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, SNS)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
