About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Lead to join our client's team in Ahemdabad. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, ensuring commercial viability, and mitigating risks across diverse projects and engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of legal and commercial terms to drive successful outcomes.
What you will do.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners
- Draft, review, and finalize a variety of commercial agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Manage contract variations and amendments effectively
- Provide commercial advice and support to project teams
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts
- Strong understanding of legal principles related to contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
