About the role.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI systems. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML solutions while driving innovation across multiple business domains.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Architect and deploy LLM-based use cases including RAG, summarization, and advanced data analysis.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Design and deploy conversational AI models using Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and custom NLP pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise business workflows.
- Maintain system design integrity and ensure compliance with AI ethics, governance, and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and assist in resolving complex production incidents.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 9–13 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with the AWS ML ecosystem including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Deep understanding of Agentic architecture, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, prompt management, and optimizing LLM outcomes.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases like PGVector, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Solid grasp of ML algorithms, model training, deployment, and monitoring techniques.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
