About the role.
This role is for a seasoned technical leader who will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on development. You will lead a team of developers to build and maintain scalable full-stack applications, ensuring high performance and robust design standards across the entire software development lifecycle.
What you will do.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Define and review application architecture, technical design, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to the development team.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical mentoring, task allocation, code reviews, and performance guidance.
- Own the technical delivery of projects from requirements and design through to deployment and production support.
- Design reusable, scalable, and secure frontend components while maintaining backend REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and provide sustainable solutions to complex engineering challenges.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Architecture and Solution Design.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Demonstrated experience in technical team leadership and mentoring.
- Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
