About the role.
This role involves providing senior leadership for a critical supply chain digital technology portfolio. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, including data foundations, planning systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions. The position requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution to deliver sustainable value.
What you will do.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of supply chain digital technology projects, from concept and design through to deployment and hypercare.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data architects, cybersecurity experts, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and governance materials to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Translate complex business pain points into actionable technical delivery plans aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including input on Statements of Work, resource modeling, and deliverable acceptance.
- Support financial tracking, including budget planning, capitalization requirements, and benefits realization.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
- Provide coaching and structure to project teams to ensure high-quality delivery and operational readiness.
What you bring.
- 10–17 years of experience in technology project management, specifically within supply chain, manufacturing, or digital transformation environments.
- Proven expertise in managing the full project lifecycle, including budget tracking, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning systems such as Blue Yonder and SAP.
- Experience with data analytics delivery, including Power BI and data governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and connected worker initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
