About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design and implement advanced AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for building intelligent agents, automating complex business processes, and enhancing user experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest AI capabilities within Salesforce to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy comprehensive Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Build and customize AI Agents, Agent Actions, Topics, Instructions, and Flows.
- Integrate Agentforce seamlessly with Salesforce CRM and external enterprise systems.
- Develop robust Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to support AI use cases.
- Configure Data Cloud and Data 360 to ensure AI agents have access to trusted, relevant data.
- Utilize Prompt Builder and other Salesforce AI capabilities to create effective, high-performing prompts.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Implement and manage Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and data access controls.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce implementations to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
What you bring.
- 5–15 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows and AI-driven development tools.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Data 360, and Prompt Builder.
- Proven ability to build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data access controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Commitment to development best practices, including testing, deployment, and version control.
