About the role.
As an AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and engineers to build scalable AI systems and applications. This role requires a blend of advanced software engineering expertise and a deep understanding of data-driven problem solving.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality AI models and algorithms to meet complex business requirements.
- Apply software engineering principles to build scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure platforms.
- Refactor legacy code into modern programming languages and optimize performance for cloud-native environments.
- Develop automated scripts for data transformation and ensure seamless compatibility between database schemas.
- Implement automated test case generation and self-healing test scripts to improve development efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and drive down mean time to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while influencing decision-making and policy development.
What you bring.
- 8–16 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, Java, and C++.
- Strong experience with distributed computing and UNIX tools.
- Expertise in signal processing and time-frequency analysis techniques.
- Proven ability in code refactoring, automated testing, and data transformation.
- Experience in developing self-healing test scripts and automated data validation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead collaborative assignments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex technical projects.
