About the role.
This role is a senior leadership position focused on spearheading the evolution of the organization's data and digital landscape. You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, leveraging advanced data technologies to solve complex business problems and drive product innovation. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale initiatives, ensuring that data-driven solutions are delivered effectively while maintaining rigorous governance and risk standards.
What you will do.
- Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units to align on strategic objectives.
- Influence decision-making and secure executive alignment on product priorities, investments, and long-term roadmaps.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Oversee release planning, sprint prioritization, and the coordination of complex cross-team dependencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance principles, privacy regulations, and organizational security standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product development and large-scale delivery cycles.
- Track adoption, usage, and performance metrics to assess product success and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.
What you bring.
- 13–22 years of professional experience in business analysis and data-driven product management.
- Deep expertise in EDP technology, including hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership teams.
- Strong background in product backlog management and agile delivery methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive experience within the Banking or Finance domain.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical direction and coach cross-functional teams.
