About the role.
The Data Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the data strategy and business intelligence framework for the organization. You will be responsible for designing enterprise-level reporting architectures and ensuring robust data governance to support executive decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and strategic business operations.
What you will do.
- Define and execute comprehensive data strategies to support business objectives.
- Design and implement enterprise reporting architectures and executive-level dashboards.
- Oversee data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage and optimize business intelligence processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards across all reporting platforms.
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in designing enterprise reporting architectures and BI solutions.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders through advanced analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Bangalore.
