About the role.
This leadership role focuses on overseeing the strategy, architecture, and implementation of cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will lead a team to secure complex cloud environments, ensuring seamless access governance and compliance across the enterprise. The position requires a strategic mindset to integrate advanced IAM technologies within a large-scale financial services ecosystem.
What you will do.
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for Cloud IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) across multi-cloud environments.
- Lead the design and deployment of identity governance solutions using Saviynt and Microsoft Entra.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and Ansible to automate identity workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with ServiceNow and Jira for streamlined service management.
- Oversee the monitoring and observability of identity platforms using Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
- Ensure all IAM implementations adhere to strict ITIL standards and financial industry regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess security risks and implement robust mitigation strategies for cloud identity assets.
What you bring.
- 13–18 years of professional experience in IT security, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
- Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud security architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt and the Microsoft Azure Identity stack (Entra).
- Proficiency in automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proven experience working within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, SC-300, AZ-500, or Saviynt professional certifications are highly preferred.
