About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team in Mumbai to lead the design and development of interactive business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced dashboarding and reporting. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage technical documentation and deliver high-quality analytics in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Participate in the full project life cycle including technical analysis, data mapping, development, and testing.
- Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to functional architecture strategies and internal development standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and documentation for all BI deliverables.
- Collaborate with various lines of business to translate complex requirements into timely, effective data solutions.
- Take complete ownership of projects from inception to deployment.
- Work effectively within a local, regional, and global team structure.
What you bring.
- 6-10 years of total experience in Power BI and general analytics.
- Proven expertise in building complex Power BI dashboards and managing server-based hosting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
- Prior experience within the financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of Python and Alteryx is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to all levels of the organization.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
