About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our client's team in Bengaluru. This role involves end-to-end product development, requiring a versatile professional capable of bridging the gap between hardware integration, mechanical design, and software development. You will be responsible for taking systems from the conceptual stage through to prototyping, integration, and final testing.
What you will do.
- Perform PID tuning and control-loop optimization to ensure high system performance.
- Execute hands-on hardware setup, system integration, testing, and validation.
- Manage power distribution, battery integration, and overall power system budgeting.
- Design and implement reliable mounting solutions for electronic and electrical components.
- Select appropriate sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers based on specific system requirements.
- Develop embedded software for robotics, automation, and hardware-interfacing applications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, electrical, and system integration issues.
- Lead rapid prototyping efforts and iterative product modifications.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in hardware setup, integration, and power management systems.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in robot kinematics and PID tuning.
- Ability to interpret engineering documentation, schematics, and component datasheets.
- Proven experience working across hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical domains.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on industrial equipment or electromechanical products.
