About the role.
We are seeking an Associate QA Testing professional to join a dynamic team in Pune. What you will do.
- Execute test cases and report defects accurately
- Participate in test plan and test case reviews
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements
- Document test results and maintain test records
- Assist in identifying and reproducing software bugs
What you bring.
- 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with manual testing techniques
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
