About the role.
We are seeking experienced Application Support / DevOps Engineers to join a dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications and infrastructure, while also driving automation and improvement of deployment pipelines. The position requires a strong blend of technical support skills and a solid understanding of DevOps principles to enhance system reliability and performance.
What you will do.
- Provide advanced technical support for critical business applications
- Monitor application performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications
- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident response
What you bring.
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support or DevOps roles
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
