About the role.
This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on supporting the US SPPC trading business through strategic business management and operational oversight. You will act as a key liaison between desk heads, traders, and cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements, product rollouts, and business analysis. The position requires a proactive individual capable of managing senior stakeholder relationships and executing complex projects within a fast-paced trading environment.
What you will do.
- Partner with desk heads and traders to formulate and execute product strategy and business initiatives.
- Lead business analysis and project implementation to support platform enhancements and new product rollouts.
- Manage communication and reporting for senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and finance departments to streamline business processes.
- Oversee control and conduct compliance, including audit requirements, business continuity management, and expense management.
- Prepare high-level management presentations and strategic reports to support decision-making.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
What you bring.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business management or analytical role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and trading business operations.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including Power BI and Tableau.
- Excellent financial reporting and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
