About the role.
This role involves designing, developing, and scaling production-grade AI and Generative AI applications, including agentic systems and complex enterprise integrations. You will work on end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on building robust, scalable, and high-performance systems that drive real-world business value. This is a Work From Office position based in Pune.
What you will do.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems including RAG, agents, and automation workflows
- Design and maintain APIs and microservices for scalable AI solutions
- Implement robust data pipelines and advanced retrieval systems
- Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation, and overall model performance
- Ensure the reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI-driven business solutions
- Contribute to technical best practices and mentor team members
What you bring.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles
- Strong programming proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with Java or Go as a plus
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern AI frameworks
- Proven experience building APIs and working within distributed systems
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and working with major cloud platforms
- Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
- Understanding of vector databases, hybrid search techniques, and enterprise system integrations
