About the role.
This role focuses on the implementation, management, and optimization of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring secure access management and compliance within a complex banking environment. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline identity lifecycles and enhance security posture.
What you will do.
- Design and implement IGA solutions using the Saviynt platform to meet business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document access policies and governance workflows.
- Perform regular audits and reviews of access rights to ensure compliance with internal security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for IGA processes and system configurations.
- Support the integration of various applications and platforms with the IGA solution.
What you bring.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA platform is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of identity governance principles, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Proficiency in managing user lifecycles and access certification processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
