About the role.
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced RAG-based chatbots and autonomous agents to automate complex business processes. You will bridge the gap between low-code automation and code-first development, ensuring that AI solutions are grounded in enterprise data and integrated seamlessly into existing workflows. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of AI agents, from initial business requirement gathering to production support and governance.
What you will do.
- Design and build conversational and autonomous agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and code-first Agent Development Kits.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval strategies for enterprise content.
- Create and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows to facilitate end-to-end process automation.
- Integrate AI agents with business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Define and monitor performance metrics for groundedness, relevance, task completion, latency, and cost.
- Implement robust ALM and CI/CD practices for the deployment of AI solutions in managed environments.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict security, data privacy, and responsible AI governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and process owners to translate business needs into technical AI specifications.
What you bring.
- 6–9 years of professional experience in AI engineering or automation development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
- Hands-on experience with Agent Frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integration patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
