About the role.

This role involves leading the end-to-end administration of global deferred compensation programs, including restricted stock units and performance-based awards. You will serve as a regional lead, ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management across various business functions.

What you will do.

  • Lead the end-to-end administration of deferred compensation programs, including grant processing, vesting, settlements, and leaver processing.
  • Serve as the regional lead and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing guidance on complex compensation queries.
  • Oversee the maintenance of SOPs and operational controls to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and lead compliance activities, including audit support and control testing.
  • Manage data integrity across HR systems and vendor platforms, performing complex reconciliations and investigations.
  • Lead data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support senior management decision-making.
  • Develop educational materials and lead communication initiatives regarding deferred award programs.
  • Drive process improvements and lead workstreams within larger transformation projects and system enhancements.

What you bring.

  • 12–15 years of experience in deferred compensation and equity plan administration.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll processes, and tax implications related to equity awards.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Workday, and vendor platforms like EquatePlus, Fidelity, or Morgan Stanley.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros.
  • Proven experience in managing governance and control frameworks, including SOX compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience collaborating across Finance, Legal, and HR teams.
