About the role.
This role is for a seasoned Project Management professional within the Chief Transformation Office. You will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects that are critical to the firm's ongoing transformation efforts. The position requires a blend of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project execution skills to ensure successful delivery of key programs.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including senior management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and relevant committees
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures effectively
What you bring.
- 12–18 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale transformation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
