About the role.
This role involves leading the design and deployment of advanced machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, translating complex business problems into technical blueprints while mentoring teams to transition from classical data science to modern AI paradigms. The position requires a blend of technical architecture expertise and client-facing leadership to drive AI-powered transformation.
What you will do.
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions across diverse domains.
- Architect modular, scalable AI systems utilizing LLMs, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI use cases and technical roadmaps.
- Drive client workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and strategic AI transformation initiatives.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, governance, and compliance are embedded across all deployments.
- Mentor and guide teams in transitioning from classical data science methodologies to GenAI paradigms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership and the development of intellectual property within the practice.
What you bring.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically in GenAI/Agentic AI and client-facing roles.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Strong foundation in Python, MLOps, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Proven experience with cloud-native AI stacks including Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Solid understanding of data science principles, including supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (minimum 60% aggregate).
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
