What you will do.
- Lead and execute large-scale technology change initiatives across international business units
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic client-focused technology programs
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for complex technical projects
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the technology change management framework
- Ensure all technology initiatives comply with internal governance and external regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Communicate project status, risks, and strategic impact to senior leadership
What you bring.
- 12–18 years of experience in technology change management or program management within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology transformation programs
- Strong understanding of banking operations and the intersection of technology and business strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, global teams
