About the role.
We are seeking a dedicated Production Support / SRE Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of production systems, combining operational support with site reliability engineering principles to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and automating tasks to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
What you will do.
- Monitor production systems and applications, responding to alerts and incidents promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various platforms and technologies
- Implement and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Document incident resolutions, runbooks, and operational procedures
What you bring.
- 7–10 years of experience in Production Support, SRE, or DevOps roles
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and incident management
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
