About the role.
We are seeking a Data and AI Solutions Governance Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of robust technology governance frameworks. This role focuses on ensuring the secure and compliant deployment of cloud and AI initiatives while maintaining rigorous IT security controls. You will act as a bridge between technical development teams and risk management, ensuring that emerging technologies are deployed ethically and efficiently.
What you will do.
- Conduct comprehensive technology risk assessments and impact analyses for new cloud and AI initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate cloud and AI infrastructure to ensure compliance with data security requirements and internal policies.
- Implement and oversee governance policies, procedures, and controls for cloud and AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review technical documentation and governance artifacts.
- Maintain and update the technology asset inventory and risk taxonomy.
- Provide guidance on AI ethics and responsible AI principles to project teams.
- Support the integration of GRC tools to streamline governance workflows.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology risk, compliance, or governance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Application Architecture, Full-Stack Development, and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Technical expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model risk management, and regulatory requirements for AI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
