About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that support complex financial operations. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable frontend interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Architect and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on AWS.
- Implement containerization strategies using Docker to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure robust authentication and authorization protocols are integrated into all applications.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in Docker, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments.
